I am not sure if this is right answer since limited data points.
According to the document by Let's Encrypt https://letsencrypt.org/documents/isrg-cp-v3.1/, CAA checking is no longer optional if the CA is the DNS Operator or an Affiliate since 2021-07-01, you can try to create a CCA record for your domain/subdomain with issue or issuewild to "letsencrypt.org" which mentioned by the link "https://letsencrypt.org/docs/caa/".
Regarding to CAA configuration, you can get more information from this link - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/ResourceRecordTypes.html#CAAFormat.
