Question

1. How can we get the list of the dedicated pool of IP addresses allotted to us?
2. How can we get the details about what percentage of emails are sent through the dedicated pool of IP addresses?

Answer

1. To apply for a dedicated IP, you need to send a limit case to the support center. For detailed operations, please refer to this link: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/ses/latest/dg/dedicated-ip-case.html，
2. If you use a dedicated ip to send emails, you need to use the configuration set to select the dedicated ip pool：https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/ses/latest/dg/managing-ip-pools.html

Please pay attention to preheating your dedicated ip pool. When the dedicated ip is applied for, do not send all emails through the dedicated ip：
