Namecheap domain point my instance and add ssl not working

  1. Firstly, i created hosted zone in route 53.
  2. Then add NS to Namecheap custom DNS.
  3. Thirdly, request/created certificate from ACM
  4. Finaly, certificate cname name & cname value update into route 53 cname. but approved failed

This usually happens when the CNAMES are incorrect or your glue records are incorrect.

Make sure you don’t put the domain name in the record name for the CNAME.

Also ensure your records can be resolved by NSLookup.
