Can the Amazon Lex bot quota for 'all utterances character limit' be increased?

Hello, I was training a chatbot on Lex and found that the current character limit (for all utterances) is 200000, but I need 500000 for that certain bot. It is not a service quota increase so I am unable to raise a support ticket under the same. Is it not possible to have an increased limit? Thank you in advance.

If you look at the ServiceQuotas console, the limit for Total characters in sample utterances per bot locale (V2) is listed as not adjustable. In other words, it is a hard limit.
