Adjust upload and download speed of Lightsail instance

Hello,

I have 4 Lightsail instances. I've noticed that they have around 8 Gbps download and 1 Gbps upload speeds. My requirement is to decrease the download and increase the upload speeds. Is that possible?

Hello, Amazon Lightsail instances come with fixed network performance characteristics, and users typically cannot modify these directly.
