Sites are up and writable, but cannot connect via SSH nor Webmin

I cannot connect via SSH (port 22) nor Webmin (port 10000) from a WiFi where I previously could.
Trying to access just times out.

How do I fix this? Running FreeBSD with EBS storage.

My page view counter files are still updating, so I presume I haven't run out of storage space.

It seems the WiFi I was using had since closed off ports, so I just had to connect elsewhere.
