LoRaWAN uplink messages enhancements

We've been recently building a LoRaWAN solution using AWS IoT services and we've found that there are some missing features that would be very beneficial for developers:

• Gateway status notifications (connected / disconnected), since this has already been inquired by another user in another post I won't go into detail here
• Customization of the published uplink data. Currently the only customization available is to add Gateway Metadata which will depend on the Service Profile created, however in some use cases this information would be insufficient in order to easily handle uplink messages. Some additional information such as Device Profile and any defined Tags should be selectable to be included in the uplink message along with the payload and the gateway metadata, this could potentially simplify the data processing without having to query for those values specifically (using any of the available SDKs + Wirless Device Id which is already included in the uplink data)
