Bug report: redshift unsupported syntax not throwing error

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/dg/r_CREATE_EXTERNAL_FUNCTION.html says "The IMMUTABLE clause isn't currently supported for Lambda UDFs." But if you use IMMUTABLE it creates the function without throwing an error. Also, the docs don't specify the default value if it's left out
