Remove complete access of developers

How can we remove the complete access of developers and users to secure our application configuration. Please guide how can we save configuration from the developers. Thanks,

If your developers use IAM users, you can remove them

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_users_manage.html#id_users_deleting

If they login via External Identity Provider (SSO), you need to delete users there

    i have deleted the user but still i can see developers are still making the changes in our application. please let me know how can i share the screenshot.
