I understand your frustration with the delay in your account verification case. For account verification issues that are preventing you from adding CloudFront resources, the best course of action is to add correspondence directly to your existing case through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. This ensures your update reaches the team handling your case and helps move it forward.
When you add correspondence, you might want to reiterate that you're ready to provide any verification information needed and note the time that has passed. The support team will be able to see your case history and work to resolve the verification issue.
If you find that response times are longer than expected for your business needs, you may also want to review your AWS Support plan options, as different support plans offer different response time commitments for various case severity levels. Account verification cases are typically handled as quickly as possible, but support plan levels can affect overall responsiveness.

Yes, AWS blocks CloudFront distribution creation until they manually clear the verification hold. Payment method fixes alone do not unblock it. Escalation through the Account and Billing queue is the only official path forward.
I was able to look into your case and bring your concerns to our team's attention.
Once they've finished their review and any necessary steps, they'll reach out with further questions and updates. Keep an eye on your case thread for those messages.
