AWS account verification keeps getting rejected — non-US resident with US LLC, what am I missing?

-3

My AWS account has been on hold for verification and I have submitted documents multiple times but keep getting rejected with no clear explanation of what is wrong.

My situation:

  1. Non-US resident operating a legally registered US LLC
  2. Valid EIN, registered agent, and US business bank account
  3. Personal address is outside the United States

Documents I have already submitted:

  1. Articles of Organization
  2. IRS EIN Confirmation Letter
  3. US Business Bank Statement
  4. Business cover letter with phone number and business description
  5. W-8BEN

The problem: AWS keeps rejecting my documents but does not tell me specifically what is wrong or what is missing. I am going in circles with no resolution.

  • Hi Reece W, I came across your post but couldn't find a clear answer for my situation. I am a non-US resident with a legally registered US LLC and my AWS account is currently on hold for verification. AWS is requesting the following:

Business Name Business Address Business Phone Number Business Description Business Registration / License Business Tax Form Business Bank Information Business Website

Could you help clarify what exact documents satisfy each requirement for a non-US resident with a US LLC? Specifically, what does "Business Tax Form" mean in this context — is an IRS EIN Confirmation Letter (CP 575 / 147C) sufficient? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
