App provision stuck in Provision stage and can't Build or Deploy

Our app is stuck in Provision state and wont Build. We have never had this happen so not sure what to do.

App Id NEW_APP

AWS Region us-east-1

Amplify Hosting feature Deployments

Describe the bug App provision stuck in pending and when creating a new app I see this error. Houston, there's a problem pageSize must be greater than 0.

Expected behavior I expected the provisioning from Github and build to deploy to work correctly in Amplify.

Reproduction steps Creating new/deploying new via Github Final process of deploying you will this error "Houston, there's a problem pageSize must be greater than 0."

    Similar issue. Everything was deploying good until I needed to add a small change/comment one liner and now stuck provision over 24 hr. Also attempt cancel and redeploy but still stuck Provision stage with no error log
