Tax on Billing to LogisEye Solutions for cloud hosting in AWS

Question

We, Logiseye Solutions, are based in United Arab Emirates having AWS Resources from US region. WE noticed that, we are billed Tax on our monthly bills. Please advice

1. if you have TAX (VAT TRN) in UAE, so that we can claim the input VAT.
2. If your billing includes US Tax, please advice if that TAX is applicable as we are based outside US.
3. if US TAX is applicable, please advice if we can register for tax in US and apply for refund as we are based in UAE
