AWS payment issue

I'd like to inquire about the payment issue. I received an anomaly detection email and tried to contact support center(account and billing) for asking something. However, there are some blanks for invoice id, total amount, etc. (required blanks, not optional). But it's this month's payment, so I haven't paid yet. So how can I do it?

Hello.

If you explain this to AWS Support, there will be no problem.
AWS Support should basically be able to see your AWS account, so if you report a problem, they should be able to help you.

Since it is "recommended", I don't think input is required.
If you try to send without entering anything, a checkbox will appear that says "Opt-out from providing recommended fields." If you check this, you can send.
