Hi,
Information is in the Aurora documentation:

"On Aurora MySQL, Performance Insights is not supported on db.t2 or db.t3 DB instance classes."
Aurora doesn't support performance schema on T2 and T3 instance classes and Performance Insights depends on performance schema.
