My Instance is running with Elastic IPs is but taking a load and its showing like this "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE". Is there any solution ?

In order to solve this problem we are going to need more information on the context of the situation.
 
However, an "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" error means the server closed the connection without sending any data. If you want to diagnose this and provide more context I recommend using 'curl -i' from your systems command line.
