AWS IOT Core Region

Hello dear AWS employee. I'm doing testing with AWS, I'm using us-east-1 as the region. But when I work in the eu-west-1 region, I cannot send or receive data in the mqtt test client. What is your suggestion for this?

Hi Ersin KARALIOGLU,

do you work with the same certificates in both regions? Is the device able to connect to eu-west-1 or do you see any errors while connecting/subscribing/publishing? You should check your IoT policy in eu-west-1 to verify that it permits what you want to achieve with you device.

You can also find possible issue in CloudWatch logs. Logging must be enabled for IoT Core for this.
