AWS Application Migration Service doesn't support paravirtualized source servers

Hello everyone!

AWS MGN states on the documentation that it doesn't support 'paravirtualized source servers'. Is it pertaining to servers using paravirtualized NIC and PVSCSI controllers?

A quick answer to your question is the documentation is not referring to vmware para devices these are fully supported

The documentation is referring to Operating System Assisted Virtualization which is now rarely in use. VMware has a good paper explaining the differences here
