To be more specific, you seem to have configured HTTP->HTTPS redirect at http://goglamsa.com (which is ok I guess) BUT you have the same redirect also at https://goglamsa.com that causes the looping.

If this is the case, maybe you could remove the redirects and verify everything is working and then consider taking care of redirects at ALB if that is possible. You can find step-by-step instructions at https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/elb-redirect-http-to-https-using-alb
