Hi.
Did it occur when you issued a query to Athena? I heard that it is easy to occur when issuing a long custom query from QuickSight to Athena.

You can try checking Athena query logs. The log will tell you if the query completed or if there was any error there. You can first click on edit dataset and go to data preparation screen and then check the Athena query logs.

That would be odd since normally Quicksight and Athena are both in public domain and managed by Amazon. You should specify if you have any special VPC setup for QuickSight or not.
