"An unexpected error occurred when loading the EC2 console. Please try reloading the page."

Question

I can't access the EC2 console from eu-west-3 region (which is the region I have my instances running).
If I access https://eu-west-3.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=eu-west-3#Home: I always get this error. I tried cleaning cookies, using a different browser, incognito mode....
Other regions are accessible, SSH to the instances works just fine.

I was working on EC2 console a few moments ago and didn't do any change apart from rebooting the instance. All of the sudden I started getting this error message, did anyone ever stumble across something similar?

Hello.

Please try accessing not only with a browser but also with another PC.  
Also, try clearing your browser cache and DNS cache.  
If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
