How to integrate Remote Desktop access control with AWS Connect
Hi, Experts, Customer tends to build customer service system with AWS connect. Besides voice connection, they also need end user to share his screen, so they could control the desktop remotely and solve issues more efficiently. Since Chime can only share the screen without remote access, is there any other solutions? Thanks in advance for your help.

Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Teamviewer are enabled with remote control.
Slack, Chime I know of do not offer this.
Could they use something one of the above?
