Amazon Connect allows organizations to change single sign‑on (SSO) providers by reconfiguring the instance’s SAML 2.0 identity federation settings. To transition from Google SSO to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), administrators must update the Amazon Connect instance metadata with the new Entra ID SAML configuration. This process requires administrative access to the instance settings. AWS does not grant edit capabilities upon request; the update must be performed directly through the AWS Management Console or via the appropriate API.

Are you sure that's possible. I've never seen the ability to change SAML configuration and I believe this requires a new Connect instance be built.
