Status Code 5.1.1 Undelivered Emails

Hi! I am receiving undelivered emails for one valid email address, "The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain". The said email address is not included in the Suppression List. The email address also can receive other emails directly send to it.

Hope anyone can help me with this. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with undelivered messages. The error is pretty clear and the receiving server of the domain cannot deliver it to a mailbox as non matching the email address exist. This can happen when multiple MX records are configured for a single domain but only 1 is the correct one. If this is your domain I recommend that you verify your MX records and ensure only 1 destination is available. If this domain is owned by someone else I recommend reaching out to the domain owner and inform them of the problem.

    I have already escalated this issue to our domain owner, and they said everything is good on their end and advised me to reach out to AWS. I will raise this issue again with them and inform them of your comment. Thank you!
