No Sender ID in SMS to India

For sending SMSs in India, I am using the SNS publish to phone API. I have registered for Sender ID with Jio DLT, have a principal entity, and have approved SMS templates. When I do a test SMS from the console, the expected header is not displayed. The SMS is still sent from international route. What am I missing here?
