In CloudHSM's documentation, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloudhsm/latest/userguide/fips-validation.html says that the hardware is FIPS-certified under https://csrc.nist.gov/Projects/Cryptographic-Module-Validation-Program/Certificate/4218, which is for "NITROXIII CNN35XX-NFBE HSM Family" of products from Marvell.
