When will blue/green deployment be available for RDS-Oracle

One of our client wants to test the Blue/Green Deployment Strategy in the environment but they run Oracle-RDS as their managed database. And per the document link below this feature is only available for RDS- MariaDb and MYSQL. I want to know when this feature will be available for RDS-Oracle.

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any published information anywhere on whether RDS Oracle will support Blue/Green deployments.
