Client VPN - Single User Having Issues

We have our Client VPN setup and working, multiple users can connect and have no issues, however, we have a single (of course important) user that cannot connect to resources through the VPN. They are on a Mac, although we have tested with another Mac and had no issues. Could there be some sort of local routing table that is getting messed up or something?

Hi,

I think community may need to get a bit more information to help to troubleshoot. Have you looked at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpn/latest/clientvpn-admin/troubleshooting.html and if yes, what are the exact symptoms you're seeing/errors you are getting?

Turns out the users Verizon DNS was not properly resolving the AWS domain. Changed DNS to another provider and all is working now.
