Amplify in me-central-1

Based on the available information, AWS Amplify does not appear to be currently available in the Middle East (UAE) Region (me-central-1). The documentation only mentions Amplify endpoints for the Middle East (Bahrain) Region (me-south-1), but not for the UAE Region.
