Amazon EC2 Website is out!

Hi! My companie's website is hosted in aws ec2, but for the last month or two, the website is 100% inacessible. It is endlessly loading or 504 gateway timeout error. I paid everything amazon billed and according to aws console the instance is running.
I am Amazon Free-tier user, and i think my free-tier period simply expired. I am almost giving up and migrating to another host.
