There are a good bit of blog posts around getting data out of Connect and then being able to visualize it. None that I've seen specific to PowerBI, but I've done it. https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/contact-center/analyze-amazon-connect-contact-trace-record-with-amazon-athena-and-amazon-quicksight-part-1/ Now, in the next few weeks/months this should become much easier to do and you might want to talk to your AWS team about what is coming that will make this a lot easier.
