Can I set up my Application Load Balancer with GRPC?

I want to build a GRPC Application Load Balancer. After examining ALB, GRPC is possible with the following structure. My Program -- HTTPS --> ALB -- GRPC --> Target Group

But the structure I want is something like this: My Program -- GRPC --> ALB -- GRPC --> Target Group

Can I build on AWS the way I want to?
