Since you are able to log in with a different browser and the login works with your credentials, You will want to troubleshoot your browser. You mentioned you already cleared cookies, so just double-check that all cookies with "aws" are removed. The next step in troubleshooting would be to disable any extensions in Chrome. Sometimes an extension can cause an issue. Then close and re-open your browser and try logging in again.
