Requester pay model on EC2

I have multiple IAM users attached to my account. I know on S3 I can make them pay for using S3, rather then paying for it myself (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/RequesterPaysBuckets.html) . Is there such an option for EC2 ? What would be the best alternative ?
