This usually means you might be logged in as "emergency login" instead of a real user in Connect. The ONLY users that can see anything when you click on PUBLISHED SCHEDULE tab are users assigned as a supervisor in the staffing group. Try login as one of the supervisors username in Connect, then click on the published schedule link. And make sure to pick the forecast group in the drop as well.
If you are following the workshop, this is detailed here: https://catalog.workshops.aws/amazon-connect-optimization/en-US/5-scheduling/6-publishedschedulecalendar
in the first step: "Login to Amazon Connect console as the user you defined as Supervisor in your staffing group."
Yes. Thank you so much for your answer. The reason I have to use the emergency login is because i keep on getting Session time out message. Any idea what the cause might be.

if you are trying to have two Connect user session, and if you are on Chrome, use different profile for a regular agent, and another profile for supervisor login, and maybe even another profile for administrator. Each Profile in Chrome will carry its own session. Otherwise, if you try to login as the administrator to create the schedule, and try to use another tab and login as supervisor, the administrator session will get kick out.

just to add a bit more, in the steps above when creating a staffing group,
https://catalog.workshops.aws/amazon-connect-optimization/en-US/5-scheduling/3-staffinggroup
You will see it asked you to "Click on Add staff and select Add to supervisor list and choose the user you are logged in as and click on Done." So make sure you are logged in as a real Connect user and not using the emergency login
