A few things you can do:

Contact AWS Support with the details of the charges. They will be able to investigate further and help determine which AWS account the charges are coming from.

Make sure to check for any unused or abandoned AWS accounts that may still have active resources incurring charges.
AWS support would be the best resource to work with directly on tracing the source of the unexpected charges on your statement to resolve the issue.
