AWS send you verification email by using from address "no-reply-aws@amazon.com". There could be below mentioned possible issue:
- If there is any filtering at recipient end on the basis of above mentioned email address, domain or IP address. Please cross verify
- Check spam box
- If domain (related to email address that you want to verify) is verified in SES and SES MX is being used for incoming emails then check if there is any active rule set which is blocking the emails.
Are you facing this issue with some specific email addresses of a specific domain or with overall domain. For example able to verify abc@example.com but not able to verify xyz@example.com OR you are not able to verify any address of example.com
This will help us to troubleshoot further. If facing this issue with whole domain then we should check the MX and if there are any specific filters on the basis of From email address and domain.

- Email address where you are not getting verification link
- Time stamp when you tried recently
