Workmail sending as aslias

Hi I have created alias for my email user. When user tries to send email from that alias user (on workmail webmail)

gets following error Unfortunately, the system was unable to deliver your mail. The error given was:

2024-04-17 22:47:06 : An error occurred trying to send your message. Error code: 0X80040201

You may need to contact your e-mail administrator to solve this problem.
