I have gone through and followed all the steps, but i still get an error. this is the new error i have after trying to test my smtp
SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

it still is, i have requested to remove from Sandbox though. regardless i should still be able to authenticate my smtp right?
