So... I feel a bit dumb... I had to use both of my corporate passwords and MFA.... It would really help if we didn't have 3-5 different passwords to keep straight for work.

Hello!
Some questions for you:
- Were you ever able to successfully launch this desktop?
- If so, what changes, if any, were implemented after the point of last successful desktop launch?
- Here is a link to some WorkSpaces Troubleshooting. Can you verify that the DNS and DCs are available from the subnet as stated in the URL (excerpt below)?
Launching WorkSpaces in my connected directory often fails Verify that the two DNS servers or domain controllers in your on-premises directory are accessible from each of the subnets that you specified when you connected to your directory. You can verify this connectivity by launching an Amazon EC2 instance in each subnet and joining the instance to your directory using the IP addresses of the two DNS servers.
Hope this helps, Brian

Sorry for just now getting back to you. I work Wen-Sat.
- I have used workspaces in the past. Then, due to a change in network access, I no longer had a need for the workspace. So I deleted it. Now I am looking to use one as a development environment for tools for my team.
- It was at least a year since I last had a workspace and connected to it.
- I am not sure what devices you are referring to here. But I have looked through the workspace logs, and nothing is really standing out to me in them.

Haha, you aren't dumb at all! I'm glad you were able to get it working. Your feedback is valid and would be great for you to pass along to leadership.
