CondaError: Run 'conda init' before 'conda activate'

Dear all

In my Sagemaker Studio JupyterLab I ran the following:

line 1: conda init

line 2: conda create --name test-env -y

line 3: conda activate test-env

But I encountered the error after running lin3 3: CondaError: Run 'conda init' before 'conda activate'. But I did run it in line 1. What could go wrong?
