What happens to a marketplace private offer when the receiving AWS account is transferred from one Organization to another?

When an AWS account is transferred from one Organization to another, the private offers extended to that account remain with the account. Private offers are linked specifically to the AWS account that was designated to receive them, not to the Organization itself.

The private offer terms, including negotiated pricing and EULA terms, will continue to apply to the transferred account. If you've already subscribed to a private offer before the account transfer, your existing agreement and the negotiated terms will remain in effect until the agreement expires.

However, there are some considerations regarding Private Marketplace governance. If your previous organization was using Private Marketplace to control which products users could procure, these governance controls will change when moving to a new organization. The new organization's Private Marketplace settings (if enabled) will apply to the transferred account, which might affect your ability to subscribe to new private offers or modify existing subscriptions depending on the new organization's policies.

For private products (those not publicly available), you may need to ensure that the private marketplace administrator in your new organization adds these products to your private marketplace before you can subscribe to new private offers for these products.
