I am building a solution and want to limit the impact in the case a high bounce rate occurs. When an AWS SES account is under review, does it block e-mails for the entire account or just the non-compliant region?

This is Pumlo from AWS premium support.

Question: I am building a solution and want to limit the impact in the case a high bounce rate occurs. When an AWS SES account is under review, does it block e-mails for the entire account or just the non-compliant region?

Answer----> When the bounce rate is greater than 10%. AWS SES will pause ability for your account to send only in the region where you currently have high bounce rate.
