Problems adding a PTR record and validating a domain for Amazon SES services

0

Hello,

We are implementing SES services and we need to validate the mail of the company domain, but it tells us that a valid PTR record is not found.

I added the PTR record and I do the validation with:

Throws me this error: An error has occurred with your lookup. Please try again. Invalid Input. ptr requires an IP Address and figaptierradeencuentros.com is a Fully Qualified Domain Name.Documentation available at https://mxtoolbox.com/restapi.aspx

Would you like tell me the correct way to create the PTR record?, please. Currently it has the IP as a value: 52.86.41.66.

Thank you very much.
