It looks like a lot of people are having this issue but I am not sure what to do and have an urgent deadline. Whenever I try to publish my survey link, MTurk says I have "exceeded my monthly credit limit." I'm not sure what this credit limit is, how I can find it, or how I can change it, and I'm not able to publish the survey. This happens even if I decrease the number of respondents to 1 and the expected cost is $4.31...it still says "exceeded monthly credit limit." I have funding to conduct the survey and a valid credit card is linked to my AWS account. MTurk says "See our FAQs to learn more" but there is no information in your FAQs about monthly credit limits. I already filled out the "Contact Us" form but don't know where to go from here.
I'm running into this issue right now. It's like AMZN actually doesn't want you to be a customer. The prepaid system was so simple to use, and they replaced it with something that it utterly broken.
