UNPARSABLE_MANIFEST in MediaTailor but Playback Works?

Working in MediaTailor I received the following response: MediaTailor encountered an issue while parsing the manifest from https://fastbucket1.s3.amazonaws.com/hls/shes_got_minenew.m3u8 BUT the manifest was created in MediaConvert and plays back seamlessly from the link. Any ideas on how to fix / correct / modify? Any assistance appreciated.

The .m3u8 file you list seems to point to a child playlist (stream manifest) and not the top level manifest. The to level manifest will define the resolutions, bitrate and encoding of the stream. Though a player can consume a stream manifest directly, try pointing AWS MediaTailor to the top level manifest instead of the stream manifest.
