Your SES (Email service) is tiring and support is worse

I have specifically added the DKIM records on our servers and still it shows pending after a few days. Google is 30 minutes and so are many others. We cannot work like this. Your support is non-existent. Hoping that someone here can assist me from the users or even an amazon support staff members. It's really been a mess. I'm using Direct Admin control panel to add the DKIM records. There is name, ttl and value very simple no issues with Google Cloud or any other system. Just Amazon.

Please check if the doc is helping you. Sometimes errors in TXT Records configurations can idle the whole process.
