CDK Diff Cross-Account Stack

I'm using CDK Pipelines to deploy a stack into another account. I've been able to deploy it successfully. But, when I execute 'cdk diff' in the deploying account, it only shows the Pipelines stack. Is it possible to show the cross-account stack diff along with the Pipelines stack?
