Yes, you can test the call flow without making international call from your Indian Line. please see steps below.
1- Claim 2nd line from amazon connect 2- assign this line as an outbound number in the same queue you are assigned to. 3- Make the outbound call from the CCP

I tried to claim the 2nd DID number for my 1st Amazon Instance, but showing an error like "You've reached the limit of Phone Numbers. To increase the limit, contact support." How can solve this issue? I am using AWS free account with a basic support plan.
There is no need to claim a second number. As long as the default outbound queue in your routing profile has a phone number associated with it, you can dial out, even if it is to the same number.
