Setting up a Cromwell server on AWS

Hi there,

I would like to set up on AWS to use Broad's Cromwell WDL, but all the information that I can find seems to be old, thus the current setup interface is not reflected.

Has anyone set up a Cromwell server recently, or have any documentation that could step me through the process? If so, can they please share?

As I know, Genomics workflows on AWS was deactivated and archived on July 31, 2023. I'm sorry if I didn't answer your question directly. I would recommend trying AWS HealthOmics to take advantage of the WDL.
